Der erste Workshop Lighting the City: Lights and Shadows amid Excitement and Serenity by Sagar Fornies (Barcelona) fand in der Universität statt. Zuerst zeichneten wir im kleinen botanischen Garten der Universität. Wir sollten mit zwei Farben zeichnen. Den Hintergrund rot, den Vordergrund schwarz. Sagar Fornies brachte und dafür einen Kugelschreiber mit. Ich hatte mir den dämlichsten Platz ausgesucht, denn nach kurzer Zeit verschwand die Wolke, die die Sonne verdeckte und es brannte auf mich hernieder. Ich musste den Platz wechseln. Deshalb machte ich zwei schlechte, statt einer guten Skizze, die hier nicht gezeigt werden ;-) Danach brachte uns Sagar an einen wunderbaren Platz- Ein Säulengang mit einem Atrium. Tolles Licht. Und das war der Punkt. Wir sollten den Säulengang dunkel malen und dahinter das Licht im Atrium. Nach 3 Stunden war der Workshop beendet und ich machte mich auf zu den Buchbindern in sant Lluc, wo ich Isa treffen werde.
The first workshop: Lighting the City: Lights and Shadows amide excitement and Serenity by Sagar Fornies (Barcelona) took place in the university. First, we sketches in the small botanical garden of the University. We should use with two colors. The red background, the black foreground. Sagar Fornies gifted us a pen with two colours. I had chosen the stupidest place, because after a short time the cloud in front of the sun disappeared and it burned down on me. I had to change the place. Therefore I made two bad, instead of one good sketch. Not shown here ;-) Afterwards Sagar took us to a wonderful place - A colonnade with an atrium. Great light. And that was the point. We should paint the colonnade dark and the light in the atrium. My colonade was still too bright. After 3 Hours the workshop was done and I had to go to the bookbinders at Sant LLuc, where I meet Isa.
